HP Service is Horrible

I would not by another HP product again.
I bought this HP 8250 printer because friends told me it we the best for what I needed. It is a good printer when it works. Had trouble with my HP 8250 printer when it would not recognize the new black ink cartridge I bought on-line from the "official HP Store". Called the service number and, after over an hour on the phone, got everything from instructions to dismantle the printer to "just send it in", at my cost buy the way. The service rep actually told me to call back in a few hours insted of him, having my number, calling me back.
After another two calls to the service number without anyone answering, just went out and bought another cartridge. Surprise, it worked fine!
It's been over a week now, two calls and 3 emails later, and HP has neither called or written me to resovle the problem. HP's service is horrible and you can't depend on them to give you either service or, at least, a call/email back when you are disappointed. HP just does not care.
