Just one fault, other than that, love it.

Great product for this 1st time PDA user
One of the primary criteria I had in purchasing a PDA was a QWERTY keyboard. I did not want to learn graffiti or similar handscripting input methods. I love the design.. Sony's PDA's are becoming more and more like mini laptop's.
