Excellent value and features
This is by far the most useful device in my home entertainment set of stuff and naturally cost the least! I have an eclectic mix of components...with a Sony 5 disk CD player being the first carousel that Sony ever manufactured...and the remote has a code for it!

This entry-level learning remote is an excellent value

Does everything I need

Great performance, great price
I'd tried several pre-programmed remotes (with codes), and always ran into the problem that they don't program all the keys I need. I have had this remote for a little over 2 years now and it is undoubtedly the best remote you can get for $30 bucks. All the remotes it replaced (5) are tucked away gathering dust
