Bought this to cut down on my devices to carry. Unit runs windows 2003se. Not windows smart phone. This unit is a PDA first then a phone. I like to play mp3's while working with excel, or word docs. Pros Mostly everything is a pro. iPod, AirPlay, wifi, Bluetooth, memory and battery life
Cons I can't think of any cons I would say about this product.

I'm not very tech smart but this is by far the easiest phone to use. If your looking for a slim easy to use phone then this is deffinately for you.
