Bought this to cut down on my devices to carry. Unit runs windows 2003se. Not windows smart phone. This unit is a PDA first then a phone. I like to play mp3's while working with excel, or word docs. To be honest, I loved the HP iPAQ hw6515 Mobile Messenger and all its features (GSP, GSM, Mobile Windows, 2 SD Slots ... etc) but I was blown away!
